Refunds and Returns

Karma Candle Makers wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact our customer service department at 210.390.4900, Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 7:00PM (CST). We will instruct you on how to return your purchase.
To receive a full refund*, you must return your items within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and accessories.
To complete your return, we require a prior notification and return authorization.
It is the customers responsibility to pay any return shipping charges.
*There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, but not limited to:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Karma Candle Makers will notify you once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved or declined.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund seems to be delayed please contact your bank/credit card company first. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If your bank/credit card company is unable to assist you, please contact Customer Service.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchange are made only for defective or damaged items.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a unique coupon code will be emailed to you to be redeemed at any time.
